A comprehensive overview of the UK’s private rental sector. Developed and run in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), we survey around 750 landlords each quarter to explore sentiment, portfolio profiles, financials (including Buy to Let borrowing) and future intentions. Landlord Trends provides a detailed, data-driven analysis of the evolving PRS landscape.

This unique bi-annual survey of UK tenants across the Private Rental Sector (PRS) provides a complete picture of the renter experience. This quantitative study (3,000 interviews per wave) explores pathway to the PRS, future tenure aspirations, landlord/agent relationships, and the financials of renting. Our reports and analysis equip subscribers with a high level of insight across this under-researched audience.

Launched in 2024, Nexus is a continuous, quantitative mortgage intermediary service benchmarking platform. This study explores the broker experience of recently placed mortgage enquiries and full applications. Nexus encompasses key residential and buy to let lending niches, and delivers a range of metrics including broker NPS, CSAT benchmarks and detailed lender image perceptions.

This programme delivers ongoing brand health and marketing impact insight for specialist mortgage lenders. In addition to business mix, lender repertoire and business demographics information, Connexion helps subscribers to understand their brand salience in key specialist markets (e.g. adverse, second charge, etc.), their image architecture and the efficacy of their intermediary marketing activity.

Athena is our annual ‘state of the nation’ survey of the UK’s mortgage market. The study includes large samples of mortgagees (3,000), aspirational first-time buyers and mortgage intermediaries to provide a truly holistic picture of market dynamics. Lenders benefit from customer NPS and Consumer Duty benchmarks, and there’s the opportunity to influence questionnaire and sample design ahead of each annual survey wave.
