Our story
Launched in mid-’23, Pegasus was created by Mark Long, our Managing Director, to offer an agile service for clients seeking ‘big agency’ expertise delivered in a tailored approachable way. Mark’s handpicked team share his commitment to excellence, bringing together decades of combined experience.
We celebrated our first birthday in 2024 and were also proud to be shortlisted for the MRS Awards as Best New Venture.

With over 20 years of client and supply-side experience under his belt, Mark was proud to launch Pegasus Insight in mid-’23. He brings a flexible, diplomatic, and open approach to his client and colleague relationships. Away from work he’s a bass-playing, music-loving, WW2 history geek with a season ticket at Arsenal FC, he will not tolerate any jokes around Arsenal’s last trophy win being a historic event!
Bethan is a devoted Gillingham FC supporter who’s mastered the art of watching matches while simultaneously singing “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” (her 2-year-old’s request, not tactical advice for the team). When she’s not perfecting floor-based tea party etiquette, she works closely with clients to deliver directive, actionable insights that drive results. Her specialty: transforming complex challenges into clear strategies that achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
Bringing over a decade of research expertise to the table, Chris is passionate about understanding consumer behaviour and translating these insights into tangible business impact for his clients. His passion for exploring how the evolving world shapes consumer mindsets is matched only by his passion for debating the perfect tamping pressure and grind size for coffee beans, and reciting which record Mo Salah has broken this week.

Madeleine is an experienced researcher with 8 years of experience in market research across a diverse range of sectors. She thrives on complex projects and particularly enjoys drawing out the insight from data. Outside work, Madeleine loves baking for the office, watching Formula 1, and wandering the streets of London (she’s become proficient at dodging tourists!)
Anissa has almost 2 years of research experience, working in a range of large-scale quantitative and qualitative projects. She enjoys tackling new challenges and connecting with people to discover authentic insights and pragmatic solutions. When asked about her weekend plans, Anissa’s top 3 responses are attending gigs, catching the latest movie in cinema, and trying out different restaurants/cafés.
