The client identified an increasing share of their business coming from landlords, a customer segment they had not traditionally targeted. Identifying this as a growth opportunity, the client was keen to expand their knowledge of the residential and commercial landlord market, hoping to drive up direct landlord insurance business.
Solution
Over 500 x 20-minute online quantitative interviews with a selection of landlords letting residential and commercial property in the UK. Quotas were set based on the client’s target customer profile and included age and portfolio size.
