The client needed to strengthen their understanding of the Limited Company lending niche, with a view to launching a competitive proposition in this space. Solution
Pegasus undertook a series of 12 x 1-hour online qualitative depth interviews with mortgage intermediaries. All were active in the Limited Company BTL niche, placing higher than average levels of this type of business. The research explored broker perceptions of the current Limited Company BTL mortgage landscape, the opportunities for a new entrant in terms of unmet client needs, and the perceived credibility of the lender entering this niche.
