Challenge
Our client needed insights into the investment mindset of young potential and active investors aged 18-35 to inform their direct-to-consumer investment strategy.
Solution
We conducted an online quantitative survey with 1,000 UK adults (800 active investors, 200 prospective investors), exploring investment behaviours, attitudes, and needs using Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) methodology.
Outcome
Provided our client with a comprehensive understanding of young people’s investment pathways, risk attitudes, current behaviours, and future investment desires, directly supporting the development of their investment proposition.
