AFG needed to evaluate brand equity, fan engagement, and commercial performance for an upcoming sport tournament to inform future sponsorship and marketing strategies.
Solution
Pegasus conducted pre- and post-tournament surveys across 11 markets, including a baseline wave six months prior. We analysed brand partnerships, marketing effectiveness, fan engagement, and commercial opportunities.
