What We Do

Project Nexus

What is it?

Broker service benchmarking platform

Lender service experience is a key driver of brand salience and propensity to place future business. Launched in early 2024, Nexus is an independent, systematic benchmarking platform for intermediary lenders, it provides a continuous assessment of the service offered to mortgage brokers when they enquire, or place a full mortgage application with a lender.

Each month, across 150 intermediary interviews, we generate 750 individual lender ratings across key residential and buy to let niches; that’s over 2,000 a quarter! Nexus delivers fully disclosed brand benchmarks (NPS and CSAT) for complete performance visibility and comparison.

In addition, subscribers have access to detailed brand image profiles and regular updates on the relative importance of key broker service dimensions.
